Horticultural crop biology, technology, and industry. Includes classification, plant structure, growth and development, environmental factors, mechanisms of propagation, plant improvement, harvesting, marketing, geography, and aesthetics of horticultural crops (fruits, vegetables, greenhouse, turf, nursery, floral, and landscape).
