Introduction to social and ethical issues of institutions and organizations and how they affect business practices and relationships. Topics include but are not limited to governmental, societal, and environmental impacts; stakeholder identification; historical ethical theories; employee and organizational responsibilities; conflicts of interest; and changing work environments.
