Introduction to Earth’s physical geologic processes, materials, and landforms through interactive lecture, hands-on lab activities, and optional field experiences. Topics include plate tectonics, geologic time, minerals, rocks, volcanoes, weathering, mass wasting, streams, glaciers, groundwater, earthquakes, and rock structures.
