NUR 238 - Pediatric Nursing

Family-centered nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings. Emphasis is on promoting, maintaining, and restoring health, reinforcing uniqueness of each child and family, and establishing therapeutic nurse/child/family relationships.
Minimum Placement Requirements
English: Credit in ENG 101 with a grade of C or higher

Credit in NUR 118 , NUR 151 , BIO 122 , and PSY 101
Credit or concurrent enrollment in NUR 236 , NUR 255 , BIO 123 , and PSY 209
