Graduation requirement: 27 credit hours
The Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair Certificate prepares graduates with basic skills for use in mass merchandiser/service centers. The content of this certificate is based on the Maintenance and Light Repair standards set by the National Automotive Technician Education Foundation.

Program Notes
Students wishing to transfer Maintenance and Light Repair credits from another training program must provide the following: - Official transcript clearly stating the completion of the MLR standards set by NATEF with quality grades.
- Evidence that the training program was NATEF MLR accredited at the time of completion.
- Motorsport Concentration students may substitute AFD 296 , AFD 297 , and AFD 298 for AFD 110 and AFD 111 .
